Terms of Service

1. What this site is
LinkAtlas is a country-by-country directory of websites and apps. Entries come from editorial curation and user submissions, reviewed automatically and then confirmed by a human. Rankings are based on on-site heat plus human verification — not third-party traffic data.
2. Information is for reference only
Descriptions, categories and trust labels may be outdated or inaccurate — always check the official site. Outbound links lead to third-party sites whose content and services we do not control. We are not liable for losses arising from use of this information.
3. Your submissions
- Submitting requires a signed-in account; the submission is tied to it (so you can track it and we stay accountable)
- Submissions must not be illegal, infringing, spammy or misleading. Links must be the real domain — no short links or raw IPs
- By submitting you allow us to store, display and edit the content (e.g. fix the name, write a description, adjust the category)
- Inclusion is our decision; rejections are not announced individually, but you can check status with your reference ID
4. Accounts
- One email, one account. The nickname is set at registration and shown on your comments
- Do not impersonate others or use infringing/offensive nicknames
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe; contact us if you notice anything suspicious
5. Comments
- Comments are limited to 40 characters and may @mention participants in the same discussion; mentioned users get an in-site notification
- No personal attacks, advertising or flooding. Violating content is removed and accounts may be restricted
- Comments represent their authors only
6. Prohibited behaviour
- Scripted or automated clicking/commenting/submitting (we de-duplicate and down-weight, so it will not work)
- Scraping the whole site for commercial resale, or hammering it with high-concurrency requests
- Attempting to bypass authentication, inject content, or probe for vulnerabilities
We may rate-limit or ban accounts for the above. For bulk data use, contact us via the submission page (reasonable citation of public data is fine).
7. Content takedown
On a rights-holder complaint or upon finding violating content, we remove the site or comment (removal is a status change, not a physical delete, so the audit trail is preserved). Report issues via the submission page.
8. Changes
If these terms change we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
